Raman Spectroscopy

Laboratory possess Renishaw inVia confocal Raman microscope. The spectrometer is fully automated with precision automated assemblies enable to complete common tasks such as switching laser wavelength, changing diffraction grating, and acquiring a Raman image - rapidly, simply, reliably, and without the need for manual intervention. Raman spectra are excited by two lasers: λ=533 nm, 632,8 nm. The monochromator is equippedwith Peltier-cooled charged couple Si device. The experiments can be performed in spectral range from 200 nm to 1060 nm with high spectral resolution below 0.5 cm1 - FWHM for 532 nm.
